This
is Jackson! He's a mixed breed that my wife got for my birthday
from the SPCA. Best gift I ever got!! The sign said he was a golden
retriever/shepherd mix, but we think he's a little bit of everything now
that he's about eight months. He's got black spots on his tongue like a Chow
Chow, the look of a Lab, demeanor of a Spitz, sharp bite of a Pit Bull
and intelligence like a Border Collie. At times he has actually looked
like he was part Polar Bear!!
He was a quick little learner when we first got him and he quickly
learned how to disembowel every squeaky toy that we ever got him. He
would strategically make a little bite incision on the furry play toys
and pull out the squeaky device with the precision of the finest
surgeons! Anyway, what makes this guy so extra special is that he's
the youngest of our four dogs and he's already become the leader of the
house. He's been a great companion and is a stellar student in obedience
class. I give him an A+ in class, however he sometimes lapse to a C- at
home, but we love him just the same.
