This
is Zoe Madison "Pick-me-up." Zoe is definitely a puppy at heart.
One of her favorite things to do is chew, on everything! Socks, shoes,
pillows, blankets, leaves, rocks, furniture, blue jeans, she even tries
to eat worms and leaves! She is fearless even though she only weighs a
wee three pounds. When she's not chewing, or napping, (another of her preferred
pastimes) she loves to play and cuddle. She is a great joy and helped
our family through some very difficult events, including the sudden and
unexpected death of our beloved nine-year-old Shih Tzu, Chloe. Our home was
just not the same, and we decided that we needed to have another "baby"
in the house.
The "pick-me-up" in her name has a double meaning, first because she
brings cheer to the family, and second, because she just looks at you
with the sweetest little face that just screams "please! pick me up!"
Zoe already thinks she's queen and shares her palace with her mom and
dad and big sister, Ashley, when she's not away at college in Chicago.
This little fireball is the center of attention and has a personality
100 times her size. We look forward to all the joy we know that she
will continue to bring us for many years to come.
