Buddy
recently repatriated to US, he lived in Holland for two of his
three years; and now is living in Andover, MA. Buddy is special
because, he really is a 'buddy'. He's always around us and just loves
people. He enjoyed being an expat in The Netherlands because there he
got to romp around with other dogs in the park. He had no problems with
moving there or moving back, he's just so flexible. He was adopted from
a local rescue league and he's been our Buddy ever since!
He is a 'velcro' dog - always sticks with whoever is around from the
family, but favors Mom. He does not like his nails cut, so he'll jump up
on Mom's lap when he hears the proper drawer open. He will (eventually)
sit, paw, etc., on command, but his best 'trick' is when he's told to
wait to begin eating his dinner, he'll just sit there until he's given
the go-ahead, even if you're not in the room!
