Hi,
I'm Max (Mini Max Million, if you want to get fancy), a Pembroke
Welsh Corgi tricolor. This is a photo my Mom took when I was ten weeks
old, trying to figure out how that silly cat toy worked. When I was
younger, I would ride to the super market in her camera bag but now she
makes me jump into the back of the SUV, no mean trick for a guy with
such short legs! I'm very popular at the feed store where they have this
picture hanging on the wall. My Mom thinks I'm pretty special - first
because I love to snuggle in bed with her, but she has to help me get up
there (how embarrassing). But the neat thing is that I can "bugle." When
I want someone to pay attention to me, or when I want the cat to play, I
give a rising growl that means "hey!" They say I got the trait from my
sire, who bugles also. Sure helps when I need to show them I'm not to be
overlooked just because I'm short... I'm really a big dog... with
permanently retractable legs.
