Sassy
is such a sweet-natured dog. She loves people and can't give
enough (or get enough) love. She is truly my son's dog (he's the master)
and when he is home, she follows him everywhere, but she does love her
mom and dad and she really loves her babies and knows each by name.
Sassy must have eight stuffed animals and plays with each everyday. She
is holding "Bowny," the name my son had given his brown dinosaur when he
was age two. If you ask her to get Bowny, she'll get it. She loves to
play with all her babies and is a big baby herself. Heaven help you when
a storm is coming because she is in your face constantly trying to make
you aware of it. Sassy knows when you're not feeling well even before
you realize it yourself. She was always at her dad's feet and following
him everywhere for several weeks before we had to take him to the
hospital for emergency surgery. (She knew he was ill before we did.) She
always stays close to me when I'm not feeling well, always checking to
make sure I'm okay. She loves our granddaughters too and will let them
do anything they want. She stands perfectly still, always looking at one
of us, letting us know she's okay and won't hurt them. Sas is very aware
of their size and how small they are and they're always gentle with her.
She is a very loving and giving pet, one who makes each day special just
because she's there to share it with us.
