Hi,
my name is Zippy! I am a male Australian Terrier even though my
humans thought I was a Yorkie for most of my life. As you can see, I am
very very handsome. But, I had a tough little life so far ...
My current humans saved me from death row where I was left after my
first humans treated me very badly. I had two broken legs and no food in
my tummy for a very long time. Now, my legs are fully healed and I have
extra food in my tummy! I also have an older sister Yorkie named Mitzi
who runs around the yard with me and helps me yell at the scary noises.
I was told that I am an Australian Terrier and not a Yorkie which makes
me very special and rare. The only problem now is that my humans never
stop bothering me and picking me up and talking to me in a very high
pitched funny voice. I understand that they love me so much, but a dog
needs some air, you know?! Now I am a very lucky and happy dog with a
second chance and a stylish new haircut! Watch out ladies, here I come!
