Ahab
weighed ten pounds when this photo was taken, it's his baby picture.
Now he is a sturdy, muscular 40 pounds, and counting. My husband and I
adopted him from an area shelter to celebrate our fifth wedding
anniversary. The celebration that is Ahab just goes on and on!
Ahab is the cuddliest dog ever. As soon as you sit on the couch, he is
half in your lap, nudging your neck with his nose. He hasn't yet met a
person he didn't like. He likes to play with his new glow-in-the-dark
ball, and he has been busy teaching our four-year-old rescued greyhound how
to act more like a dog. We love Ahab!
