This
is my baby girl, LucyBelle, She is a Doberman, American Staff cross.
LucyBelle is extra special to me because she was born on a sad day for
me, the same day my mom died. But every year, she makes it tolerable for
me. She is also named after the lady I consider my second mom, Lucy. My
mom used to call her Lucybelle, as they were best friends.
Lucy loves to sleep on our bed at every chance she gets especially after
Hurricane Juan hit us so hard last year. A brave dobie she is not, but
what she lacks in bravery, she more than makes up for in cuteness and
lovableness and devotion to us as her family. Wherever we go, she is
with us and she especially loves car rides, She loves to put her head out
the sunroof and while parked, she hops into the drivers seat and places
her paw on the steering wheel... much to the delight of many a
passerby! We love her to death!
