This
is Chocolate Chip "Cookie," in this picture she's seven weeks old, but
she is currently six months old, and a much bigger girl. Cookie thinks
that anyone that comes over is coming just to play with her. She is
really protective of us around strangers but when they come up and pet
her she gets so scared and excited that she wets herself. Like a typical
Lab puppy she has chewed up several of our things and can't be left
alone for even five minutes yet. She has to follow us everywhere and loves
taking long rides in the car. She has gone swimming before but she isn't
too sure about the water still.
Cookie is extremely smart. Along with countless other tricks, she knows
how to play dead when you point your fingers at her and say "Bang bang!"
She's also spoiled to death and is allowed to sleep in the bed. She
loves getting new toys and bones and doesn't like to share with our
other dog. Cookie definitely deserves to be the dog of the day, because
she brightens our lives from the moment she wakes up every morning. She
means everything to us in such a short time, and she always will.
