This
is Midnight, what a blessing he is to me and my family. One day we
came home to find a little black ball of fur at our pond. He was so
little (only about six to eight weeks old); He had other brothers and
sisters running around with his mom, but he was sent to us. A couple of
weeks after we found him my ten-year-old cat Precious had to be put
down; Having Midnight has helped me through the pain of loosing my baby.
Midnight is now almost a year old. He is part Lab part Irish setter and
is the best dog we have ever had. He loves to do tricks; so far he can
sit, speak, shake, stand up real pretty; and can even say I love you.
Midnight also loves the water, he gets in our little fish pond (where we
found him); our four foot pool, and sometimes he will actually get in the
small pool we bought for him. We have apple and pear trees in our yard
and Midnight loves to eat the fruit. When it comes to bath time it is
hard to get him in the tub, but once he is in he stands there and lets
you do what you need to. SHHH! Don't tell him he is a dog, he thinks he
is a human. I could go on all day about our little Midnight but to sum
it all up he is the world to us.
