Bahji
came to us from the Corgi Rescue League here in Atlanta and we are
his third home. We do not know about his first owner, but the second one
only had him six months before she had to give him up due to work
obligations. His name was Alec when we got him, but felt it did not suit
him. It only took a few days before he answered to his new name, which
is taken from an Indian dish we had one night for dinner. It just seemed
to suit him better!
We have a fenced in yard for him to run and play in, but he would rather
be on a leash taking a walk around the block or to the park smelling
every inch along the way. Bahji loves his squeak toys and his mission in
life is to de-squeak them as soon as he can. He knows no stranger, is
always ready for a belly rub from anyone around and he is always willing
to go for a ride in the car. Bahji has found his forever home, we
consider ourselves lucky to have him and cannot imagine life without him.
