Hi,
my name is Desi, but my family calls me Desi-bear. I am a Golden
Retriever mix (pound puppy) who goes gaga for tuna fish. If I hear the
can-opener turning, I run for the kitchen!
I love to party! This picture was from my grandma's birthday party. I
got my very own party hat and peanut butter doggie treat at that party.
I have a new five-month-old human sister, Madelyn, and I take very good
care of her. I go into her room every night at least twice to check on
her. Whenever she cries, i'm right there to comfort her with kisses on
the feet, or to rest my head in her lap. I'm awfully cautious about
people and their nails. When I see a nail clipper, I go nuts! Barking
and nudging my owners to stop!
From mom: Desi hates getting his nails clipped, so he assumes everyone
else does, too! Desi loves to smile when you come home! Showing all his
teeth! He also loves "Baloo" from the Jungle Book. All you have to do is
say "Baloo" and Desi goes nuts-barking and smiling!
