This
is my mother's dog Red. He is without a doubt a member of the
family, not just a pet. He is extremely intelligent and obeys dozens of
commands. He constantly amazes me with the extent of the vocabulary he
understands.
He enjoys fetching - with his own twist - he'll fetch his baseball and
then trade it for a treat. Red goes along on hunting trips and is quite
the outdoorsman! He is a bed hog and quite a ham for the camera. I was
an only child until Red came along and now I tease my mother the he has
replaced me as her favorite. He certainly knows he is "the baby" of the
family!
