This
is "Sweet Cassie" - Cassie for short, we adopted her about 1 1/2
years ago. She is a purebred Border Collie and she resides in New
Hampshire. She finds "jobs" to do and makes them her jobs, such as -
You can never, ever hit the snooze button on your alarm clock in my
house - She will give you about 1 minute to get up after the alarm
sounds and if you're not up and ready to go she is right there on the
bed jumping all over you until you get up.
Her favorite thing to do is play ball. She can't wait until you get a
ball and throw it out in the yard. She will keep chasing it and bring
it back to you until both you and she can't take it anymore!
Sometimes you have to watch her because she thinks one of her jobs is to
"herd" my daughter into going to bed... she will herd her into her bedroom
and sometimes will lay down in the "watch" position making sure my
daughter stays in bed.
She loves to sit on my lap in the evenings and "snuggle" while we watch
TV. Cassie is a sweet and lovable dog with a ton of energy but I would
be lost without her!
