My
Pet's name is Clara Bella, and she is six years old. She is a White
Boxer and is simply the love of my life. In this picture she is getting
ready to take one of her many naps.
The reason my pet is special is, she came from the Boxer Rescue. Clara
Bella was raised by an elderly man in Florida who went into a nursing
home and subsequently passed away. She had no family and no one to care
for her. She went to the boxer rescue, and was placed in a home with two
other boxers who didn't take kindly to another dog. Clara Bella was in
a home where the dogs attacked her and she wouldn't eat or sleep or
trust anyone. She was afraid of everything and everyone. Needless to
say, she was then rescued by me, She never has to worry about food, or
toys or being hurt again in life. Clara Bella is my angel. She came to
me after I lost my last dog to cancer. How could anyone look at this
beautiful face and not fall in love with her.
Clara Bella has a special talent. Clara Bella can talk. When she wants
a bagel, she will sit and look at me, then woof, then she continues on
until she says "maaa maaa." She actually says it before I give her some
of her favorite food, her "blueberry bagel."
