Here
is my silly dog, Sally. She's so sweet. She turned one year old on
October 16th, 2007. She is a border collie/husky cross. She has the best
features of each dog - blue eyes, bushy upright tail of husky, long fur,
black '"mask", and short stature of the border collie. She is
predominantly white, with black spots in all the right places. She
runs super fast, knows quite a few tricks and is super affectionate with
a great personality.
I really like Eric Clapton so we named her after the song. We can't help
but smile when we tell her to "Lay Down Sally". She spends her days at
my in-laws on their farm and comes back home to sleep every night.
Sally is a very good girl and even people who say they don't like dogs
seem to like her. She gets noticed everywhere we go. Even when she's got
her head out the window, people stop to point! Several times I've been
stopped and asked if she could have her picture taken! And Sally always
will oblige.
