Colby
is a great dog. He has a gentle spirit and constantly makes us
laugh. At nine years old, he has been with us for all of our dating and
married life. We couldn't image life without him.
Colby is a healthy 90 pounds but thinks he is a lap dog. He steals
lasagna off the stove and insists our rugs stay in a pile on the floor.
His antics are hardly inconspicuous. He crawls like an army man into
the living room and pretends we can't see him if his head is under the
coffee table. He sneaks into the bathroom to drink out of the toilet.
(My husband swears Colby can open the bathroom door.) Even last year
when he decided out of the blue that the Christmas tree was his personal
chew toy, we couldn't help but love him.
Colby enjoys swimming in the lake and playing with his friends. We
think Colby is like a college frat boy... he is always ready for the
party!!!
