Lucy-Girl
is my best girl-friend. A rescue from Aussie rescue of North
Carolina she is little sister the Jake-boy, a tri-colored Aussie. They
became fast friends and companions to each other, as work days can be
long and lonely for them. She is a ball hound, as the picture indicates.
She will share her ball with whom ever will throw it for her, she does
not discriminate. The backyard usually has five to six balls scattered
throughout, just so she has one close at hand.
When I come home from work, Jake greets me at the door, with smiles, but
Lucy has already hi-tailed-it to the backyard, with a favorite ball in
play, waiting for me to come outside and throw it for her. She has been
a pleasure to care for and she is the best little sister Jake could ask for.
