Woody
is a Bichon Havanese. He is quite bright, easy to teach, loves to
please, and understands about 50 different commands. If you use the word
"ice cream" in a sentence, he goes nuts and asks to go out. In the car,
if we pass Dairy Queen, he barks to stop.
Woody, like most Havanese, acts like a big dog in a small dog's body.
However, with people, he is quite submissive and just wants to please.
When I yell at my kids, he cries. He is very sensitive. He rarely ever
does anything "bad" more than once, and is incredibly easy to train.
Woody indulges us and does all the crazy pet tricks, but when he wants
something, he tells us. He will beg in front of the cabinet where the
Greenies are stored and bark and bark and beg, if he does not get one
for dessert each day. Woody is everyone's favorite dog.
