Mika
(pronounced Mee'ka) is a three-year-old Rhodesian Ridgeback. Mika is
an extremely smart, upbeat girl, who loves to run. She is my first dog, and
has taught me the value of patience. She loves to Lure Course, and I
trained her to pull a draft type dog cart. She trots around the
neighborhood with her tail wagging and her head held high. Everyone is glad
to see her, and she knows this!
Mika is very intelligent. She gives kisses, does a high-five, roll-over,
and knows bang! Her vocabulary is in excess of 25+ commands. She is
an all around energetic dog, and comes to work every week at the Marine
Base with me. She has become somewhat of a mascot, and everyone loves her.
She has truly changed my life.
