Jerry
Lee is a three-year-old Border Collie who we took in from a rescue
centre. We don't know why he was there, but do know that not everyone is
a good match for a Border Collie's energy. He's extremely playful and is
always pouncing around the house waiting for us to play with him.
Everywhere he goes he brings a trail of teddys with him - most of which
are bigger than him! Whenever we turn our backs he'll be raiding the
house on a hunt for more new teddies. However, when his bed becomes too
full, he takes them out (one by one) and gives them to people around
the house.
Jerry also does many little tricks which make us laugh, such as
walking around the house with both his back legs flat out on the floor,
dragging behind him. He looks broken, silly boy. Also, to earn a treat
he has to smile, which he does very well.
He is a very well-behaved dog, despite his mischievious ways, and always
comes to you when you call his name, hoping for a bit of fuss or food
and often hoping for another teddy.
