I
want to nominate Massi, my five-year-old mix-breed dog - she's a
Chihuahua-Pinscher mix (according to the vet). These are some recent
pictures of her on one of her regular outings.
Massi is a rescue. She was severely underweight weight when I got her,
weighing just two pounds at nine months of age when her normal weight is a
little over four pounds (she is really tiny). Four years later, she is a
very happy, obedient and healthy dog. She loves going everyday for walks
and specially her sunday outing, an all-day affair where she gets to run
unleashed and smell around. She is a delight to travel with because she
simply sleeps all the way to her destination. She's even been with me on a
plane in the passenger cabin for over ten hours and none of the other
passengers noticed her until the plane was about to land because she
started snoring! How's that for manners?! She is a special girl!
