Murdock
is our Black Labrador Retriever that we adopted from the Animal Rescue
League in Berks County. According to the shelter Murdock was there for over a
month and nobody was interested in him. His previous owner surrendered him
because he kept running away. Once we saw Murdock it was love at first sniff!
Murdock is our big baby! When I say big, I mean 107 pounds! He is extremely
active and eats only twice a day but is still a big boy! Murdock loves to
swim. He lives to play ball and fetch. He is so good and extremely well
behaved. We can't understand why nobody would want to adopt him. My husband
has taught Murdock to walk nicely and heal, no leash needed. He never runs
away from us! He gives tons of kisses and likes to sleep on us in the bed! I
don't know what we would do without him, he is now part of our family and we
would never think about not having him! He will always be my and my husband's
Dog of the Day!
