My
name is Clancy. I was named after a character in a book by James Herriot
of "All Creatures Great and Small" fame. I am a "leap" dog as I was born on
February 29, 2004. I moved in with my family that following summer.
I am an only dog which suits me just fine. I definitely am the center of
attention at my house. I have a box full of great toys but I still prefer
playing fetch with a little ball which came with cereal. While my family
thinks that I am one smart dog, I cannot figure out how a dog that looks just
like me gets into mirrors. I bark and bark at that dog and amazingly he barks
back at me.
I enjoy getting dressed up and have many special occasion clothes. However, I
am not that crazy about hats. I prefer a snazzy bow on my topknot! When I
get all dressed up, I know that I get to go somewhere where everyone will tell
me that I am cute. I love it!
