Hi,
this is Chopper. Sometimes when my dad, my mom, and I go camping in
the desert with our friends, we take Chopper with us. Since we live in
Egypt there are a lot of different deserts here. Chopper likes to run in
the sand.
Chopper used to be my uncle's dog. One day Chopper followed me all over the
house. My uncle said, "You could take Chopper home with you." Then I asked my
dad, "Please could I take Chopper home with me?" My dad said, "Yes." And that
is how I got Chopper.
Chopper is a lazy, crazy, and loving dog. He lies around the house all day. He
stays on the couch for half of the night. Chopper is crazy, because he runs
down the hallway. He is also crazy rolling on the couch. When he turns upside
down on the couch, his jaw hangs down and one or two of his teeth stick out
like a crocodile. Sometimes when Chopper and I play tug of war, Chopper
growls, because he wants his toy. First we throw the toy and then while
Chopper is lying down, we get the tail of Chopper's toy and we play tug of
war. When people ring the doorbell, he runs to the door. He is happy to see
people so he jumps on them. But he is big and sometimes knocks people over.
Chopper is a loving dog because he gives me, my mom, and my dad kisses. When
my dad comes home from work Chopper jumps on my dad and gives my dad kisses
and a big hug.
This picture was taken in our apartment. This couch is Chopper's favorite
spot. The next picture is in the desert in Fayoum. He is so happy because he
is running. My mom took the picture two years ago, so he was four years old. That
was right when we moved to Egypt. The last picture is me and Chopper sleeping
together, because I fell asleep on Chopper's head. So this picture was taken
four years ago and Chopper was two years old and I was five years old. Chopper is
my best friend.
