Hi,
everyone, my name is Orion. My mom named me after the famed Greek
mythological hero, Orion, who was a giant and now has a constellation in
the skies in his honor!
I live under the hot California sun so it gets a little uncomfortable in the
summer, but it's okay because believe it or not, my beautiful thick fur
actually protects me from both the heat and the cold. But I do love to have a
quick dip in the kiddy pool Mom bought for me in the backyard and lie in the
shade with a couple of ice cubes.
There is nothing I love to do more than run. Mom takes me to the local
fenced-in field in the park and lets me off leash so I can safely have fun and
get my exercise.
I also love everybody and anybody I meet; I especially love to give husky
kisses and hugs. Some people find me frightening because I am a big boy (60
lbs now to be exact) but I am all love.
I like to play with my brother, Troy, too. He is still a two-month-old baby
pitbull but I love it when I get to play with him. (Mom won't let us play all
the time because she thinks I am too rough sometimes.) Otherwise I have a
