My
dog's name is Tank. He is about six months old and is now about 60 pounds.
This picture is when we were at the group adoption building. Tank was only
about 6 weeks old at the time and our family just fell in love with him.
He is a Rottweiler-Golden mix. We adopted Tank from the Neuse River Golden
Retriever Rescue. We had been wanting another dog and we found Tank. He was eight
weeks old when he came home and full of energy. Out of my mom, brother, and
me; he took to me. Tank follows me everywhere, I can't even go to the bathroom
without him being there to watch. Tank loves to ride in the car and look out
the window. We have to clean them afterwards though. Tank lets us know every
morning when it is time to get up. We never sleep late, at not now that Tank is
around. Tank also loves to play football. He doesn't know what to do with the
ball yet but he is getting the hang of it. He catches better than my brother
and can run with the ball too. Tank also loves cats. He likes to follow them
everywhere they go. They play with him too. Even when he makes the cats mad,
he still thinks they are playing with him. Tank is a one of a kind and no dog
or any other animal could ever replace him.
