My
name is Mimi and I live in Upstate New York with eight dogs. I am very
involved with Whippet & Greyhound rescue. The pictures I have sent you are of
a whippet I rescued in 2003. On Jan. 1st, 2011 Raine turns nine years old.
We picked Raine up in a driving rainstorm in the Sacramento Valley in
California. He was emaciated, had tapeworms, giardia, and soon we
realized Raine was also prone to seizures. The first year he lived with us we
registered Raine with the American Kennel Club. By the end of that year he
had earned three titles Lure Coursing.
Raine has the heart and soul of a race dog but is also my rescue ambassador
as he welcomes all the new dogs we place through rescue.
I truly feel the success with this dog's health has EVO at it's core. The
high protein in it has enabled Raine to train and build the strength he needs
to fight off seizures. His development is remarkable. While Raine is not the
fastest dog in the field, he is the most reliable, earning still two more
titles as of October of 2010.
This little dog is a true joy. I feel very privileged to have shared in his
very full life.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, Coyote Raine, FCH, VFCH, MC!
