Akira
has been a lot of fun. She has quite a personality. Akira loves her
toys, treats and blankets. She was a Christmas present for our
seven-year-old daughter. The two of them are inseparable - they are Best
Friends and love to play soccer together. After our cats passed a few
years ago our daughter begged for a dog and promised she would take care
of her. We were hesitant but so glad she has become part of the family.
Akira has severe allergies now and has lost a lot of hair and is on
medication and on a strict diet. Our daughter is very responsible in
seeing that she has her medication and doesn't eat what she's not supposed
to. We have been blessed.
The last several months she's been fighting allergies pretty bad which do
not show her at her very best. She is a beautiful dog and attracts an
enormous amount of attention where ever she goes. We've recently taken her
to a doggie dermatologist because of her condition. She seems to be doing
a little better now. We love her!
