This
is Charley! We believe she is a schnoodle, and she's about ten years
old. She has short legs, a stocky body, and smooth wirey coat on her back
like a miniature schnauzer, but she has tons of soft curls on her legs!
She lives in Philadelphia, PA, though she came from Alabama. We found her
on Petfinder.com eight years ago. She'd been stolen away from an
abusive owner and was being fostered by a wonderful woman. We were living
in Boston at the time and through all-volunteer pet transport, she was
driven to another angel of a woman in Tampa, Florida, where we picked her
up while visiting my parents down there. We flew her home with us. She is
the sweetest little lovey with the wiggliest butt and the biggest smile!
She'd dogged, like a proper terrier, and will fetch for hours. But she's
also a cuddler and snuggles up right next to me wherever I sit. And she
snores like the dickens! Her adopted brother is Roger, who we also got on
Petfinder, and he's all poodle. They're good, good pals.
