This
is my dog Kurt (which means "Wolf"), and she's my German Shepherd. She
is a very intelligent dog, and a good friend. If you are wondering about that
one ear that looks different, she broke her ear cartilage one year ago when
trying to pass between gratings. She gets anxious about the sound of shots or
similar sounds. She was trying to escape when she sandwiched her head between
the bars! It doesn't hurt her now, it just gives her a unique look.
She doesn't have any interest in any other dogs. Her only concern with humans
(and sometimes with cats !) Sometimes I wonder if she regards herself as a
human, and so other dogs are beneath her notice!
The other two photo belong to time when her ear was normal. She is very
clever but obsessive. If we pet another dog for a long time she gets grudges
but doesn't harm it. Instead, she sheds in great quantities, her own form of
protest. She likes to run, run, run (still after ten years of life) and the
play "throw, catch, bring" game. She is a great dog.
