This
is Coco Chanel. She is a darling of a dog. Her mom and dad were rescued
from a puppy mill and when they got her mom, Buttons, she was pregnant.
Buttons had five sweet little babies and they were all adopted. In fact, we
have a Facebook page, Button's Puppies, where all the adoptive moms and dads
can post photos of the siblings, and every couple of years we have a reunion
potluck so all the little brothers and sisters can romp together.
We have Ginger's Death Row Rescue of Seattle, Washington to thank for our
sweet little dogs. Coco is four years old and she is a social butterfly who
loves everyone. Everyone in the neighborhood knows Coco Chanel. The Coton de
Tulear is a wonderful breed, but, beware, they required a lot of grooming and
brushing almost on a daily basis! That pretty white coat can mat in an
instant ... but Coco Chanel is a gem and we love her dearly.
