Duke
is a fine companion, and a blast of energy to help keep his owners on
their toes and feeling young again. He is quite the care taker, he's helped
with baby goats and cows and all sorts of other animals on the farm. He loves
to go for truck rides out to the pasture to check on things, and his favorite
store to visit is rural king in town. He always gets a pig ear treat from
their bulk bin when we take him shopping with us. His nickname, as a puppy
was "Nose don't go there" as he has a bit of a habit of sticking it where is
doesn't belong sometimes. Like when you are first getting out of the morning
shower and haven't got the towel on yet. I have to watch him out in public
with the ladies on that one, he's come close to getting his owner smacked a
couple times. But he is learning, and we do love him just as he is!
