My
dog Roxy and I are the same age and this is her story of how she came to
us. Roxy was my aunt's dog and got her when she was eight. Her dad/my grandad
trained Rocy and helped taking care of her. My aunty decided she didn't want
Roxy anymore, and gave her to my grandad and he took good care of her. He had
her for a few years, but had a heart attack when he was coming back from the
beach. He then moved to an apartment. He could not keep her there, so he was
thinking of taking her to the pound but my mum said "Roxy's been in this
family for too long to take her to the pound!" That is when he gave her to us.
She has been happy here ever since! In fact at this very moment, she's laying
next to me asleep on my bed!! She is a Staffy and Red Heeler cross, and is
just so cute! You have to love her, look at that face! Zen Out - there's
nothing more peaceful than a sleeping pooch!
