Kaci
(a.k.a. li'l G) is special in so many ways From the moment she arrived
in my life at the age of seven weeks old, she has brought joy to everyone she
meets. From her "body wiggle" to her expressive face and smile (Yes, she
smiles), to her easy-going disposition, she is a pure joy. Her favorite time
of day is the morning when she notices that I am stirring after a long
night's sleep. She patiently waits for me to open my eyes, and once I do, she
does her Army "low crawl" across the bedroom rug in anticipation of her
morning body rub. Then, she finds her favorite squeaker toy and runs around
the house squeaking with delight as she waits for me to finish my morning
routine in the bathroom.
Kaci will have conversations with you for hours, if you talk in a soft, quiet
voice, and she will mimic your words in doggy language. She loves her daily
walks and her free time running off leash in the local school yard. She has
also become quite the mountain dog, hiking for miles and miles on the Wasatch
Front, in Salt Lake City. She loves to cuddle and lay on any kind of pillow
or a lap. Lastly, she knows when you are feeling down or sick and she is very
attentive and empathetic, lying supportively by your side as you recuperate.
She is the best dog ever and I love her with all my heart!
