Our dog Zoey is a very special dog. She is very playful. She gets along with all people and all dogs. She likes going on walks, she loves running around with us outside, and she never objects if we cuddle her. My brother always says "cutie pie" to her. After years of waiting to get a dog, we are very happy to have Zoey.
We got Zoey a year and a half ago when she was only 3 months old. We needed a breed that was hypoallergenic because our grandfather is very allergic to most dogs. One day we saw an advertisement on Craigslist about a cute "maltipoo" puppy who needed to be re-homed. We went to meet Zoey and fell in love. We made all necessary arrangements at our house and brought her home that weekend. Everyone fell in love with her immediately.
Zoey is so friendly, playful and easy going. She loves children. She will go along and take part in any game or adventure that arises. The kids sometimes put her in a swing, buckle her in, and swing her back and forth and she loves it! We take her to the park and she'll slide down the apparatus. At home, she loves to race around the pool and test out the different obstacle courses that we create for her. When inside, Zoey loves to lounge on the couch, cuddle up next to anyone who will give her a belly rub, and snooze. If she hears or sees a fellow dog on TV, she is all ears. So far we have taught her a few tricks: sit, stay, beg, and lay. The next tricks we'd like to teach her are jumping through hula hoops and rolling over. We are very lucky to have a sweet girl like Zoey.
