Our family got Jake at five months old. He's a playful pup who'd enjoy nothing more than to curl up beside you and watch TV while chewing on his bear.
Jacob is very stubborn in his own little way, making training difficult. However, he's instinctively great on walks and won't stray off, which we were grateful for. (Except, there was that one time when he was very interested in a Maltese.)
Jacob does get his nails painted and is very patient with my horrible painting skills. We're trying to teach him that it's okay to let us touch his paws, so trimming will hopefully become less difficult. He does have table manners, and won't bother your food unless it's something he really wants. Selfies are incredibly important to Jake. He loves to see himself.
An important note about Jake is his underbite. It causes his top lip to get tucked in, making him appear like he's snarling, but I promise you, he's not. This wonderful canine holds a very important place in my heart personally, as I'm sure it does my family. He's always very watchful over us, and will worship the ground you walk on.
