Beegee was a neglected sheltie that was being given away for free by a family that was moving. When I saw her she was so matted and in bad shape. She is special to me because she filled my broken heart with joy. The year prior we lost our dog. Beegee's birthday is a few days after our dog passed and just before my birthday. No matter the day or what I am going through she will stay by my side paw at me to get me to look at her face and give me a smile. I could not have asked for a more amazing dog. She is my heart; she is my world.
She is a very loving pooch. She will do anything to make me smile. She is silent most of the time, unless she sees something and she likes to chase squirrels. Beegee is also very very loyal to her family. She has a favorite toy which is a stuffed penguin but of course she has lots of toys that she plays with. When I adopted her I was told she was to herself and sassy. Since she has been with me her personality shines. She became so comfortable in my house in only a few days she knows she is home here. She is spoiled and has her "pamper" days every four weeks at the groomers, since we go for hikes and go to the beach, and she gets dirty. I could go on for days about her, she is amazing.
