Gizmo is a very friendly four-year-old Pekingese possessed of a strong temperament. He regally parades through the streets of New York City several times a day to the delight of pedestrians who stop to pet him or just to smile at his endearing countenance.
When at home, he is content to play with his collection of toys, listen to jazz radio station WBGO and to follow his owners around the compact apartment they all live in.
Gizmo was born at a Massachusetts breeding center and was adopted by a family in New Jersey. They cared for him the best they could, but due to their work and school schedule they realized they wouldn't give him the attention he deserved.
We inherited him four months ago, and he now receives all of the love, hugs and focus he desires. Gizmo and we have been so tremendously happy since we all became part of each other's lives.
