Her name's Braken and she's six years old. What makes her so special is the fact that she is beautifully behaved. She doesn't steal food, she doesn't beg and she doesn't jump onto the work surface when I'm trying to cook. She always does as she's told, and when I first got her she used to share a double bed with me.
Braken sleeps in her own bed downstairs and doesn't whine or complain when left alone. She can sense when I'm upset and she'll open my door and come and look after me and falls asleep when me. She's also a front seat driver - she'll sulk with anyone who steals her seat in the car. She hates being in the back, she has to sit next to the driver. And what I personal find most special is the fact that she's mine and no-one else's, I've had her since I was nine and I've been the one who trained her, feeds her and grooms her and pays for everything she needs! She's my dog and I am her person!
