This is my dog Vern. He's a two-year-old Golden Retriever. We got him as a little puppy, and told my brother that Vern would be his dog. My brother had been going through a rough time, but taking care of Vern helped change that. It is hard to have a bad day with a cute puppy who loves you - and needs your attention.
Everyone who meets Vern tends to like him since he's really a happy and laid-back dog. He's also made plenty of other dog friends that he enjoys playing with. However he won't share his tennis balls with most dogs. That is, except a female shepherd named Sky! We always joke that they're dating. We all love Vern very much.
