This is Bob! (Yes, his name really is Bob). He's my best friend in the whole world and I can't explain how much I love him, and how much he has helped me through life. Whenever times are tough, it's like he knows and will come over to comfort me and rest his head in my lap. I've had him since he was a puppy, and I treasure every second I spend with him. His previous owners didn't give him the proper care he needed when he was only young, so he came home with us.
He loves going for long walks, and despite being eleven years old he never wants to stop playing and never gets tired of it! Every time we go out he always has to find a stick that is the same size as himself, or even bigger, like he doesn't realise he's such a small little dog and how funny but cute this can look. In the summer, when the sun shines through our window, he always lays on the one patch of carpet that it shines onto and falls asleep in the sun. In winter, after going for long walks in the snow he loves to get back home and fall asleep with a heat bag and some head pats.
He can be a grumpy old boy sometimes, but really he just wants all the love and cuddles in the world. He's one of the best things that ever happened to me, and I love him so much.
