Lucy entered our home when she was a month old on October 29th, 2017. We got this sweet little girl after my Dachshund passed away the 26th. Over the past few months we've seen many crazy things this puppy gotten into. From yipping when left alone around the size in the first picture, to sliming our cat Buddy as she got bigger. She's helped me get over losing Baby, the Dachshund, and now she's made herself at home. As she's grown up, some things haven't changed, she still runs around behind us as we walk in the yard. She slobbers over Buddy giving him kisses, as he sits and takes it. However, there's one thing that's changed, and that's how caring and gentle she's gotten.
Her favorite thing to do is she lovea to fetch her little tennis ball. That is, until she decides to play keep away and there's no way of getting it back. Aside from playing fetch, she loves to play with her toy fox and snake, she even goes as far as either dropping the ball while playing fetch to go play with her toys, or she tries to grab all her toys at once. She has both moments of affection and independence, but she's more affectionate than anything else! She fits in our home as well as our hearts with those big brown eyes.
