Lily is a Lab-corgi mix. She is about five and a half years old years old, the best we can guess. The shelter that we adopted her from lied about her about her age and she was nearly starved to death. She literally smelled like death and her hair was falling out in big clumps. You couldn't tell it now because she is the cutest, chubby little thing you have ever seen and always smiling.
She loves to play, eat, watch television and run as hard as she can for the sheer joy of it. You wouldn't think she would be so fast on six-inch legs but she is like greased lighting. She is smart, too. She can perform several tricks, including please, high five, hug, and a few more although her most favorite is please. She can also bark a very enunciated "NO."
At the end of the day, though, I love her. She is the best little snuggle buddy ever.
