Rocket is cozy in the red and black checkered blanket. He is very expressive. He was a stray, but came to our house wounded with a bullet in his leg. We took him to the vet, got him patched up, and he's been our dog ever since. He's about three.
We think he is mostly beagle, a hound mix of some sort anyway. He is just part of our whole family of rescue animals, and looks up to his big sister Lola, who is an eight-year-old Chihuahua mix, so smaller than he, even if she is older. Rocket is a very sensitive boy - he gets his feelings hurt very easy. He loves a cozy blanket, and puts up with we silly humans.
All our animals are former strays, we didn't even get them at the pound. We use Texas Coalition for shots and getting them fixed, and Alvarado Vet for all other care. If anyone needs any big dogs, I mean big, All Creatures Ranch has so many to adopt as well as llamas, goats, turkeys, peacocks.
We couldn't ask for better, funnier, friendlier or one than Rocket, and he even guards our home. They all do.
