Here is Sophie, our Basset Hound. Her show dog name is Thaxton's Tryhena Sparks of Weybilyns but her pet name is Sophie. She is a tri colored basset hound, she is my first Basset and she is so sweet, friendly, and loves kids. I think she should be honored because she qualified for Crufts, for me it's the first time I have ever qualified a dog for the big show. We may not even get there, but just qualifying is a big deal for us.
Sophie loves to sit on your lap - as big as she is for a cuddle. And her best friend is her pal, an English Setter called Dizzy. She likes to dig. and chew carboard toilet roll tubes, the rain doesn't bother her although she does hate puddles!
