Maisie is my girl, she turned five in March. She is a Hovawart, which is a German breed, and they are traditionally farm dogs. True to her breed, she is smart, calm, and sweet - and keeps watch over all of us. (The name hova means farm and wart means watcher.) We lives near the city of Hanover in Germany.
What makes her special? She LOVES trains! Nearly every day we take her walking on a bridge that passes over some train tracks. She will stop when she hears a train coming and get very excited, and runs along the fence, barking and bouncing happily as it approaches. She then crosses over to the other side as it passes underneath us, wagging and barking as she watches it roll away!
She is funny, pretty and I love her!
