I have a wonderful life! The first year of my existence my owner was a Marine that lived somewhere in the southeast United States. All we did is wrestle and play so I didn't have a clue was discipline was all about until I was about 1 1/2 yrs. old. When my marine Sergeant was away with the Marines I used to jump the fence and play on the beach. Finally, the third time I was caught and caged by the local pound, Sergeant decided I needed a home that could give me the Dalmation type attention I need.
My current roommates saw me at the pound and when the Sergeant sadly decided to part with me he volunteered to a trial stay for me. What a riot! A cat to chase, a bird to bark at, plenty of Frisbee time; live just got better.
Now I have a Greyhound sister name Gracie and still have the cat, Ivan, and the parrot, Jaco Jr. I don't play Frisbee quite as much but I have taught the greyhound to play tug of war (I always win). You know those greyhounds really don't know anything but running when they first retire. Oh yeah, Gracie was a real live professional once. She mostly lays around and I don't think she learned that from me.
