This is Peanut. I knew his mother was a Sheltie and thought he would be tiny himself. It appears his father had other ideas. He outgrew the size implications of his name, but at least he is kind of peanut butter colored.
I was lucky enough to find him as a puppy at the local Humane Society shelter. He almost didn't survive the first few months of life, but I am privileged to say he beat his problems and now claims the bed as his own. As you can see, he sleeps like a human, with his head on the pillow and everything. He definitely gets his more calm temperament from his Golden Retriever side, as well as his looks!
