We got Sophie one and a half years ago at the animal shelter. She was a stray that had over extended her stay and was to be destroyed that day. She needed groomed badly and looked so sad. As you can see she cleaned up beautifully and is now a very happy dog. She is a very welcome addition to two other dogs and two cats in our home.
She has arthritis but is still able to chase after squirrels and rabbits although she never catches them. Her favorite activity is chewing on toys. She is so gentle and sweet and that is what makes her so special. We cannot imagine our life without her.
